Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Personal care items such as skincare products, if opened

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at info@zainzay.com

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Free Shipping Policy

• Orders with a minimum purchase of Rs. 3500 are eligible for free shipping.
• Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order total meets the minimum requirement.
